I have reviewed many blockchain platforms and how they market themselves, and have selected the top tasks that may get more people to engage, invest in or even start developing on the Asch platform. Please review these options and let me know which of these you believe are the top 3 priorities. In case you do not agree with some of the options, please feel free to share your thoughts. By middle of March, after the top 3 priorities have been selected, I will start working on the selected tasks.
Asch introductory video / animation:
The short video should provide a brief introduction to the Asch platform, how it works and what are the advantages to users as well as to developers.
Benefit of the video is that it contains a lot of useful information which is summed up for
investors who do not wish to spend a lot of time researching. Additionally, it can be shown on the website and can easily be shared.
Many people also check coins on YouTube.
Tutorial video on how to use the wallets:
The video tutorials should provide a brief overview of the options that investors have to store XAS coins.
Tutorial videos for building on the Asch platform (advanced):
A series of tutorials to show people how to take part in the development of Asch as well as how to build Dapps on it.
A roadmap on the website that shows future milestones, not only past ones:
It is important to show milestones on the website which will be reached in the future so that
people better understand what is going to happen, when it is going to happen and also that they can understand the
vision of the team and community behind Asch.
Show some information of at least a few team members on the website:
This topic often comes up, but I think it is reasonable that some people feel that it is a safer investment if
at least one contact person is shown on the website. It does not necessarily have to be a real photo, just an avatar, a name
and an email address (or QQ)
Involvement in discussions on different forums and platforms:
There are a lot of forums, blogs and other discussions where related topics such as DPOS coins, blockchain platforms,
Dapp development options and similar are discussed and Asch is not often mentioned. There are a lot of opportunities to take part in these discussions
and it improves SEO, organic reach as well as authority of the Asch platform in the eyes of the investors and developers.
Update Asch whitepaper:
Although the Asch platform is mainly aimed at more technical people, tha majority of investors does not fully understand
the technical part of blockchain. These people usually invest for the vision of the platform and how it is going to
solve a problem, but from a business perspective and not necessarily from a technical perspective. It may be beneficial
to split the Asch whitepaper into two papers, one technical whitepaper and one whitepaper that focuses mostly on the
vision of the platform.
Provide more information about the Asch Foundation:
It is a huge step forward that the Asch Foundation is registered and is therefore a step ahead of other projects
due to the authority of this project. This should be highlighted.
Professional reward dashboard:
Projects such as Aelf or Gladius both offer a so called "candy" reward system where a user may register and carry out
promotional tasks and get rewarded. The system used behind these platforms is https://gleam.io/ which allows the embedding
of these tasks into the dashboard and provides very precise statistics and has advanced fraud detection.
Unified social presence and marketing:
The coordination of multiple social profiles for Asch may be optimized with a tool such as Buffer or Hootsuite.
Similarly to the reward dashboard mentioned before, a great tool for social promotion is woobox.com which offers
additional promotional opportunites for Asch.
Marketing cooperation with projects that are based on Asch (such as CCTime or Koumei Cottage):
Well organized cross-promotions for Asch and other projects that are based on Asch may be very efficient due
to the larger audience and is also very cost efficient in case of paid advertising in case the costs may be split
between the participating projects.
There are of course additional tasks, such as press releases, paid promotions, influencers reviewing Asch, however I believe it may be beneficial to provide a very solid base first on our side, that also shows the authority of the Asch project, so that when new investors research the Asch project, they find all the information they need and confidently invest.
